When measuring your dog for one of these collars you have to bear in mind that it has to go over the dog’s head and so the collar needs to be big enough to allow this to happen without being too tight to slide over his ears.

Measure:

A. The widest part of the head going over the ears.

B. The place were you would like the collar to sit on the dogs neck.
