My Approach -
Owner and Dog Behaviour and Management Coaching
Common
dog
behaviour problems that can be resolved by owner and dog behaviour &
management coaching are - aggression, chewing, barking, obsessive behaviour,
snapping, growling, biting, dominance,
fearfulness, no recall, pulling on the lead, pack problems, fighting
with other dogs, separation anxiety, submissive weeing - contact
me for an effective solution to these and other undesirable dog behaviour
Our
behaviour determines the behaviour of our dog.
We don't need to train our dogs to live with us - we need to train
ourselves to live with our dogs!

NO ONE METHOD WORKS FOR ALL DOGS, ALL BEHAVIOURS AND ALL OWNERS
I don't
offer telephone seminars or telephone consultations as I firmly believe
that when dealing with animals and their owners it is absolutely
necessary to see for myself the EXACT RELATIONSHIP between a dog and its
owner and the MANY confusing signals between the two. Assessing
the reason why one particular dog behaves as it does in a particular
situation is not always the same reason why another dog displays similar
behaviour in a similar situation . Offering information on pack
leadership is basic dog management but helping an individual with their
dog and a problem behaviour requires skill, timing, understanding
instinctual canine behaviour and an ability to
inspire confidence at a time when the dog and owner are at the lowest
point in their relationship.
Theory is
one thing, putting it into practice is quite a different scenario.
Getting someone you have never had the pleasure of meeting to relate and
react to a dog you have never seen before so that they can achieve a
lasting relationship is not something that I believe can be offered
successfully over a telephone.
I treat each and every client and the problems that they have with their
dog as an individual. As with each dog owner, each dog has its own
character and past experiences and is also an individual and should be treated as such.
Improved behaviour is guaranteed while I am there and will continue
after I leave providing you follow all the advice given to you - if you aren't satisfied WHILE I AM WITH YOU, there is no
consultation fee to pay. (this does not affect your statutory
rights)
